  • As a young cricketer, Gordon represented England Under 19 prior to playing professionally for Warwickshire and Worcestershire.

  • Prior to his more recent work in Executive Coaching, Gordon worked with England Cricket as Head of Elite Coaching Development, and the RFU as Head of Professional Coach Development.

  • Gordon Coaches or Mentors high-performing & high-potential people & teams across sport & business. He is also the proud winner of the the inaugural Premier League Elite Heads of Coaching “Mentor of the Year” Award and has EMCC Individual Accreditation as a Practitioner.
